The undead roam the streets of America, but they aren’t going to bite you.
They can’t hurt you directly. You won’t turn into one of them on contact.
But their ideas are contagious to those with low spiritual immunity.
Their apathy can spread more quickly than any airborne pathogen.
Their laziness and low standards can be transmitted to you through osmosis.
If you aren’t vigilant about your own Spiritual Hygiene, you are susceptible to their habits.
Hang around these zombies long enough and you will begin to eat like them, drink like them, consume like them. You will drink and smoke with them and believe this to be a form of bonding, making new friends.
It will only be a matter of time before your mind becomes lazy too, and you stop thinking critically about the world around you.
Within a few short weeks, your gut will be flabby and your creative engine will slow down significantly.
You may start to use their cultural catchphrases and repeat political slogans designed by Evildoers.
You may watch your freedoms and rights be taken from you before your very eyes, while you cheer for it to be done. Other people will pat you on the back for “doing the right thing.”
You may become okay with the fact that your quality of life has dropped dramatically in a very short period of time. Your environment will be dirtier, your schedule will become less rigid. Your purpose will become clouded. You will feel more confused and depressed.
The Zombification process doesn’t start by being bitten, but by TAKING a bite. Then another. Then another.
Every Zombie starts with food, because it slows down the body and mind.
They start young, with breakfast cereals, pop-tarts and french fries.
The food is the real gateway drug, and this truth will never be revealed to most people.
I was under the spell for a long time.
I always thought of gluttony to be the least harmful of the sins.
Everybody loves food, right? It’s wholesome and harmless, for the most part.
We share big meals with friends and family. There’s nothing evil or wicked about it.
Think about Thanksgiving Dinner or Barbecue on the Fourth of July.
Our culture goes so far to equate food with love. Quality AND Quantity.
But in the USA, with 2/3 of the population OBESE, you can’t look past the dangers of food addiction.
While drug and alcohol abuse still carry a stigma (not a very big one anymore), the use of food as an escape or an excuse is far too widely accepted in our society.
I’m here to put it to you straight.
Food is one of the most POWERFUL weapons used by Evil Forces to disarm us on a spiritual level.
Sugary, fatty, starchy meals are the #1 way in which people willingly turn themselves into Zombies.
There is nothing nutritious about a meal that makes you want to take a nap right after you eat it.
Most foods in the grocery store deplete your life force instead of adding to it.
Proper diet is a commonly overlooked aspect of mainstream spiritual teaching.
Rarely will you hear a Preacher in a Church or a Rabbi in a Synagogue discuss how to eat.
Instead, most of the people in the seats of the congregation are overweight and on tons of medication.
There may be nuggets of knowledge hidden in these Sermons and Speeches, but one key truth is omitted.
You cannot be an effective Spiritual Warrior while carrying a ton of excess weight.
You cannot properly defend yourself physically OR spiritually when you are constantly gorging on processed snackfoods and chugging “energy” drinks.
You are limiting your ability to communicate with God by spiking your blood sugar every few hours and never achieving an even keel.
I only eat two times a day, and I never “nibble” on snack food.
When I feel hunger pangs, I recognize them as an opportunity to make a big creative breakthrough or challenge myself with a bodyweight workout like pushups or squats.
I do not let hunger distract me from my goals for the day, but rather use the hunger as motivation.
This is similar to the techniques of Sexual Transmutation. You must tap into the instinctual desires of your flesh and direct them toward something far more purposeful and productive.
Nobody wants to talk about fasting in our culture because food has BECOME the culture for many people.
Many godless “normies” even use their favorite foods as a substitute for personality.
They believe that liking tacos is a sufficient philosophy for navigating life. They think having a favorite Starbucks drink is the equivalent of developing a moral code or a coherent belief system.
Going a day without food does not only mean the sacrifice of calories. It could mean a drastic collapse in social capital. It could even mean losing money or friends.
What if Jenny doesn’t post a colorful $14 salad bowl she got from the local vegan co-op?
What if Jake doesn’t share his extensive bodybuilding meal plan with his bros on the forum?
You need to separate expensive, trendy food from your status in the social hierarchy.
The best food is not especially photogenic or complicated to prepare.
Steaks, chicken thighs, bacon and eggs. Butter, olive oil, the occasional avocado.
Some ancient grains or veggies can be incorporated now and then for a bit of starch.
The grotesque deli sandwiches, chips and sodas have got to go.
The pizzas, calzones, burgers and fries have got to go.
The overpriced “health food” snacks with hidden sugar have got to go.
Limit alcohol. Only drink when there is something legitimate to celebrate.
Limit restaurant food. It is mass-produced by people who hate you and want your money.
Limit interactions with people who obsess over BRUNCH and WING NIGHT.
Keep your money in your pocket, your mind out of the gutter, and your spirit ablaze.
Don’t take that bite. Don’t be a Zombie.
In Peace and Power,
CJ
