Ever notice how some people just have no filter in conversation? Whatever pops into their minds, that’s exactly what they say – no second-guessing.
Of course, everyone has a filter of some sort. There are things we’re willing to say, and others we aren’t, depending on the context and countless other factors.
But have you ever thought about how these mental filters actually work? It’s a powerful concept once you know how to use it to your advantage and avoid the most common pitfalls that cause harm.
Mental filters are just one layer to consider. There are also SPIRITUAL and ENERGETIC filters that you can apply and tweak to only let in certain types of frequencies and beneficial ideas.
This isn’t a joke, it’s not a theory. These filters are absolutely real, and you’re missing out on a MASSIVE quality-of-life upgrade if you ignore them
Let’s list off some examples of filters you can apply NOW:
- Block unwanted words: (death, sickness, fear, disease)
- Reframe negativity (silver lining, positive twist)
- Not cursing or speaking poorly of others
- Not cursing YOURSELF and dimming your destiny
- Only speaking words of truth
- Simply not speaking when it’s not necessary
Yeah, these seem like obvious things, but how often do you consciously monitor and adjust your mental filters to make them as beneficial as possible?
How often do you see others being TRULY deliberate in their speech and catching themselves when they veer off course with their language or discourse.
It’s so rare that people check themselves at the mental and spiritual level, which may explain why so many live in a state of utter degradation. It sheds light on why society is dropping its standards every day and low-conscious thinking is the norm.
