As humanity gets dumber and more disconnected from our true nature, we’ve seemed to have lost an understanding of cause and effect.
Abandonment of responsibility for one’s own actions is a root of evil indeed. Just look at how quick people are to now point fingers, deflect blame, scapegoat entire populations of people, and dodge any indication that something might be their own fault.
In the art of spiritual self-defense, accountability is one of our most powerful tools. You need to understand cause and effect to a SCIENTIFIC degree, with a spiritual lens – to stay protected and thrive in every way.
Did you open yourself up to evil spirits voluntarily? Did you wave them through the door and set the table for them to dine and satisfy their every appetite?
My brother (or sister), that’s on you.
Take a moment now to reflect on your daily habits, thought patterns, and behaviors and see how they link to your spiritual state. If you’re in a constant battle with demons of depression, fear, worry, and confusion, there’s no doubt that your actions have led to these influences taking hold.
Yes, there are factors out of our control and demonic forces attack certain people more than others. But this is where you need to keep a sharp sword and be ready to meet these forces in battle with tactics of spiritual warfare.
I urge you to understand these cause-and-effect patterns as they relate to spiritual health in our modern world.
Lying down on the couch or bed to “work” and being overcome by lethargy
Binging on social media or TV and battling brain fog for the rest of the day
Giving in to lust and being disgusted when you look in the mirror
Cramming tons of heinous processed food into your mouth and feeling sick
There’s an interesting thread that links these afflictions together, other than the fact they’re seemingly self-inflicted. It’s the phenomenon of feeling “out of control” or “outside yourself” when you’re engaged in these activities.
It’s almost like you’re being OVERTAKEN or POSSESSED by forces that you can’t see and you’re driven to do things you wouldn’t otherwise do. You can see why I don’t believe demons are a metaphor. They are real, they’re literal, and you need to know how to combat them.
In Peace and Power,
