You may have noticed a recent push for “mindfulness meditation” everywhere you look.
It’s on the nightly news, all over social media and now is a pillar of corporate America.
Just a couple short decades ago, there wasn’t a single word about this phenomenon.
It was mocked in the media, outlawed in schools and had no place in Academia whatsoever.
Then, a major shift took place around the start of the 21st century.
Countless “experts” in the fields of “health” and “science” put out tons of well-funded studies annually to demonstrate the benefits of meditation.
Soccer moms and corporate slaves began to signal how enlightened they are by attending a 45-minute yoga session every other week at the local health club.
Silicon Valley technocrats who oppose the God-Given Freedom of Speech started to tell us how important it is to be compassionate and mindful.
Just look at how aggressively they promote apps such as Headspace and Calm.
Even Government (public) schools across the West have made meditation a part of the curriculum.
Inner city (poverty and crime stricken) schools in particular are making it mandatory for young kids to practice things like “watching your breath” and “being detached from your thoughts”.
When anything goes mainstream with widespread support from the GUMBO (Governments, Universities, Media, Banks and Oligarchs) Cabal, you know something nefarious is taking place behind the scenes.
It isn’t coincidence that the “mindfulness” movement is happening at this time in history and why it is being targeted at certain demographics.
The corporatized, bastardized iPhone-ready meditation of today is NOT good for you.
It is designed to suppress your spirit, weaken your mind and open you up to demonic influence.
Here are four reasons why you should AVOID mainstream meditation entirely.
1. Compassion and Kindness = Weakness and Submission
Organizations that push meditation on the masses are extremely skilled at manipulation.
The parasite class has honed its abilities for centuries, knowing exactly which heartstrings to tug at, and which buzzwords we will respond to. This is how they control billions of people with relative ease.
See, the GUMBO Cabal really kicked things into overdrive at the start of the 21st century.
The events of September 11th, 2001 triggered a global conflict that had no real justification in terms of peace or progress for normal citizens of the world.
The U.S. Government had doubled down on the War on Drugs, and the prison population skyrocketed. Millions of lives were ruined forever by aggressive legislation against non-violent people.
Meanwhile, Central Banks orchestrated economic collapse and phony recoveries while the working class was hollowed out. Big banks and multi-national corporations were given Billions of dollars to “survive”. A tiny fraction of people amassed unbelievable amounts of wealth despite creating nothing.
These trends just ramped up as the Century progressed.
Western Governments continued to destabilize relatively peaceful Middle Eastern and African countries, all under the guise of “progress, hope and change.”
On the homefront, media and universities pumped out propaganda that tore apart families and created victim/oppressor dynamics in the middle class, all while jobs were outsourced and taxes rose higher to pay for welfare and war.
Instead of covering war crimes and the effects of crippling debt, the Media told us to accept Trans.
The Netflix Specials, GMO foods and Marijuana Legalization were doing a fine job at placating the population, but it wasn’t enough.
The Parasite Class needed a new Weapon of Mass Distraction to extort, imprison and demoralize us.
Mindfulness Meditation was the perfect tool for the job. Easy to implement, highly effective and in some cases, even profitable.
GUMBO pulled an amazing stunt here. Mainstream Mindfulness Meditation (MMM) was marketed to the masses as a method of becoming more compassionate and kind to others.
The reality is that MMM was introduced as a way to accelerate the domestication of the people while the Parasite Class clamped down their control.
See, when we are told to be compassionate and caring, the State strips away our rights with lockdowns and curfews.
When we are told to be giving and generous, “Non-Profit” leaders extract our wealth and line their pockets while helping nobody.
When we are told to fill our hearts with “loving-kindness” (yes, that is a MMM buzzword), we end up submitting to savage criminals.
Open your eyes and see the real agenda here. We are being played like fools, sitting cross-legged like a sitting duck while everything is taken away from us.
Snap out of it and be a PROACTIVE person with a strong, powerful spirit. Not a REACTIVE dog with a weak, sorry excuse for a soul.
2. Meditation Apps Prime Your Mind for Propaganda
A few years ago, I walked right into the MMM trap, just like millions of others.
I thought to myself: “I’m a conscientious guy with an above-average IQ, I’m gonna try this meditation thing and maybe I can see some of the benefits they talk about at Harvard!”
So I downloaded one of the shiny applications for my phone and dove eagerly into my first MMM experience.
I remember sitting upright in my desk chair with my headphones on, waiting for the magic to happen.
I heard the distant sounds of birds chirping and a bubbling brook.
I heard a mild wind blowing and the soothing voice of an actor telling me to relax.
Before long I was breathing deeply, watching my thoughts and and even had a mild warm-fuzzy feeling.
But by the time it was over, I didn’t feel any sharper or more aware.
In fact, I felt kind of empty. My motivation had diminished. That fire inside me had died down.
I recall closing the application on my phone and wandering over to social media or a news site. The headlines and flashing imagery seemed more confusing and overwhelming than before.
Then it hit me.
The meditation wasn’t meant to focus my mind or relieve stress.
It was designed to increase the potency of propaganda by weakening my natural spiritual defenses.
I had let my guard down by entering a trance that cleared away my intuition and intention.
I had rendered myself Mindless under the illusion of being Mind-full.
Immediately, I deleted the apps and began to put the pieces together.
I remembered the articles on CNN and in the New York Times promoting meditation. I recalled the Big-Government programs pushing mindfulness in public schools.
I reflected on the huge amounts of money coming from Academia and Silicon Valley to develop these technologies.
It was all orchestrated from the top down.
Ever wonder why all MMM proponents all have the same politics, opinions and agendas? Because they’re all on the same side, and they want to make it impossible to think for yourself.
Enrich your mind and spirit with positive and purposeful forms of meditation and prayer, not the propaganda primers found in the App Store.
3. Self-Acceptance Means You are Okay With Never Improving
I’ll never forget the moment I made this realization.
I was walking up the front steps to my small city-block apartment on a cold winter night.
On the front porch was a big fat man, leaned back in a chair, smoking a cigarette and wearing no shoes.
I had seen this man before, stumbling around the block and annoying the locals.
On this night he was clearly messed up. His face was bloated and red, and he was slurring his words.
I asked him if he was okay, because he looked ready to collapse on the floor.
He responded with a weak and shaky voice. “Be Here Now,” he said, reciting the famous McMantra.
Then he went into an aimless monologue about Ram Dass and how meditation was so important for well-being. He was barely awake.
I just nodded, said “gotcha” and quickly stepped into my home.
I had just interacted with someone who had mastered “self-acceptance”.
He used bogus New Age sayings to justify his obesity, his alcoholism and his loneliness.
He was so eager to convince me how enlightened he was, but his misery was blindingly obvious to everyone around him
Not only does mainstream meditation stop us from realizing the heinous crimes of the GUMBO Cabal, it also strips us of self-accountability.
It allows people like the Shoeless Drunkard on the Porch to feel okay about themselves and never make a change.
It gives the poor and the sick an excuse to continue on the path toward an early death.
It is a powerful anesthetic that offers no real solutions, just a temporary escape from reality.
In this sense, it is no different from booze, drugs, junk food or Internet Entertainment.
Just look at the Inner-City Meditation programs pushed by Governments across the West.
Many of these kids live with drug-addicted single mothers and barely have enough money to secure food for the week.
They are given no guidance to improve their situation. Only a culture of despair.
Then they go to school and are told to sit still and “be more aware of their thoughts and sensations.”
GUMBO does not want its cattle to initiate change on a societal scale or level-up spiritually.
They want everyone to be poor, weak and sick, and tell us to meditate to fix the bad feelings that come along with it. Absolutely disgusting.
4. Most “Gurus” Are Just Shitty Psychologists In Disguise
It should come as no surprise that the people behind the MMM movement also want you to live the rest of your life dependent on psych medication and undergo hours of talk therapy every week.
Psychology in the 21st century is not about fixing your problems. It’s about revisiting your problems over and over, recalling and reliving traumas again and again.
The inclusion of MMM to the mix is just a way to keep you stuck on a loop and never making any progress.
Depressed? Just meditate and “be mindful of the negative emotions” that are slowly killing you.
Anxious? Sit back and let yourself succumb to those thoughts. Don’t actually do anything to fix them.
Following the advice of modern psychologists is a great way to be a nervous wreck. Not a great way to improve your life.
Remember that the battle we fight is a spiritual one. Demons come in the form of depression, anxiety and all other shades of evil. We do not sit passively and observe these feelings, WE CAST THEM THE FUCK OUT.
Reject Mainstream Meditation and adopt a spiritual practice that boosts your focus and power.
Refuse to accept poor performance and train your mind to be results-oriented.
Reinforce your spiritual self-defense by building strength and connection with the Creator.
In Peace and Power,
